Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible app, touch controls very sensitive and no way to turn them off so no hoods or even sweat, for the first minute itll make it sound like its still connecting or looking for device even if its already connected, great audio quality and noise cancelation but bose has done nothing to improve the quality of life when using this product should not cost more than 100-150 with all everything you have to put up with and just accept when you choose these earbuds.

It allows you to customize touch controls, so there's no need to guess how many taps it takes to play music. Even if you're in another room, you can control playback using the app by activating voice control.

Connectivity issues ruin it. Unusable

Bought em immediately saw issues out the store, got em replaced immediately, exact same thing. It’s how they’re made. It’s Bose, so the sound quality is amazing but this is criminally bad manufacturing/design. Music skips multiple times a minute, ear buds hard disconnect hourly, constantly putting them in and out of case to reconnect. Apple AirPods blutooth by comparison puts these to shame

Regrettably, the earbuds are not suitable for smaller ears. Using them for a few minutes resulted in pain and discomfort as the rubber piece cannot be adjusted to fit properly.

Great Earbuds as Long as the Case works

I’m hoping that is an outlier but if it happens again, this review will be downgraded.
