Do NOT Buy - constant problems

I have to spend literally hours resetting, recharging, re-pairing, removing/reinstalling the App, etc... because it doesn't always resolve it the first (or second) time I try. They sound great when they work, but not worth the hassle. I hate these earbuds...never buying BOSE earbuds again.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you returned your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! As long as your connected Bluetooth device is turned up loud enough, the earbuds should supply plenty of volume. We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time. Do not buy if you make phone calls.

Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.
