Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

Posted .I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, though you do like the noise cancelling of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! It's true that the wireless charging case can be purchased separately. As for any issues with an unreliable connection, these can often be fixed by rebooting the connected device (e.g. your smartphone), or pairing a different device to the earbuds and comparing performance. Meaning, only last paired device connects automatically, for other devices I need to re pair. Also constant static in left earbuds.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to a previously paired device. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Once stored in the case and removed again, the buds will always search for the most recently paired device first. You can also manage connections via the Bose Music app if you wish to switch to a different device.
