Meaning, only last paired device connects automatically, for other devices I need to re pair. Also constant static in left earbuds.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to a previously paired device. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Once stored in the case and removed again, the buds will always search for the most recently paired device first. You can also manage connections via the Bose Music app if you wish to switch to a different device.
