    Great when they worked. Started getting a wind sound on one of the ear buds after 13 months of owning them ( one month after the warranty ended) Their headphones are quality but not these ear buds.

    Am loving these earbuds. Learning curve is a bit longer for me..my last ones had wires. Storage case is sturdy and small.

    They sound identical to the previous version (QC2). Immersive is ok depending on the media. Most of the time it sounds oddly tinny compared to the regular mode. Ear tips kept coming off inside my ear. I don't know if it's a product defect or what but that was strike 1. Then when putting them back in the case, audio from my phone was still playing to them. I had to manually disconnect. To add to the case issues. Opening the case would let out a loud crack as it passed the tensioned spring point. Absolutely not supposed to do that. Seems like QC overall is nonexistent on these.

    There is this skip that happens idk why also when I try touching the right side ear bud it sometimes screechs very loudly or if I laying on my side. The touch controls are very sensitive and don't really function well. The music and sound are amazing in Immerse mode. I haven't tested it out for anything else. I wish samsung would drop some new earbuds because there pro headphones have static noise.

      I'm happy to hear you like the sound of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Andres, especially in Immersive Audio mode. However, what you've mentioned about overly sensitive touch controls and a "screeching" sound in one earbud seems unusual. These issues may also be related to the "skipping" behavior that you referred to.     Craftsmanship on the ones I bought was flawed. I had to reach out to bose to get them warrantied after having them a little over a month. Was told i had to mail them in myself, and wait three weeks to get refurbished headphones, after paying 300 bucks for these? No thanks. They can keep the money. I just will never buy anything bose branded ever again, if they're not going to stand by their products.

    The sound quality is great. However they fall out my ears I changed all the sizes and it still fell out

    Love this when it's working, but i has terrible battery life & sometime the case doesn't even charge the earbuds while it's in the case all day. I don't know if it's a defect in the case/earbuds but there is no reason the charging should be so slow nor fully charge while in the case.
