    Bose Quiet comfort ultra.

    A purchase of these earbuds had to take them back within a week. They did not work properly. Connections were an issue. Sometimes it would just disconnect from my phone altogether. The sound quality was good. However, they need to fix their connectivity issues.

    defiantly does not have the connection problem as the last model. When I use this for concerts dulls the music too much.

    Earbud breaks months after warranty.

    These earbuds really sounded great until a year later, the left earbud made a loud pop and stopped working. The pricing is absurd knowing that these lasted a year. I wouldn't get these for long term

    Not worth the money

    First of all they connected easily to my iphone 16 pro but when i put then on my ear one wouldn’t connect then the other when they connected they sound really low even though the volume was on high. I used them on a flight and while listening to music a claping noise was heard on the background. Regret buying these they are awful.

    I like that you can use these buds individually...not like the precursor that had to have the right side connected

    The worst in phone calls

    For any streaming video/audio they are wonderful and the noise cancellation is above and beyond but when it comes to audio on a phone call its just so bad, i checked all my settings, updates, and compared to my old jabra elite active 75t or bose soundsport free using the same volume settings just not worth it, so I returned them.

    Beautiful System, upgrade over Apple Airpod Pros

    We both run distance on both road and trail. Love the noise cancellation / "Loud" sound blocking feature these have. We were surprised that we had found something we liked more than the Airpod Pros.

    Noise cancelling is not as good when talking outside, it's supposed to have ambient noise to help with background noise

    Trouble with connectivity with my IPhone

    They won’t stay connected. When they are connected, the audio is choppy and it disconnects most of the time.

    Disappointed in Bose

    The sound from the earbuds are great is a quite area. If you have any background noise its hard to hear even at 100%. The phone calls even worse. The person on the other end had a hard time hearing me due to the background noise. due to my job i need to hear and be herd when on the phone so i had to return them.

    They fit is great, and the sound quality is good. After a few days, the left earbud began to produce a buzzing noise that wouldn't go away. apparently this is a common issue. Returned

    great hardware. firmware 4.0.20 RUINED them

    I had a pair of these that had firmware that was a year old or so, and they worked great. I loved em. But I made the mistake of letting the Bose app update them to 4.0.20 which TOTALLY BLOWS. After that connections were a nightmare. Stuck in loops, playing crackly noises, not being able even manually switch devices. I suspect if you ONLY use these with your phone, and never try to pair them with something else, you might be okay. Apart from that, consider yourself warned.

      Hi Michael,

      It is strange that you've had trouble after the firmware update. I'd recommend making sure that you resync the connection of the earbuds together by placing them in the case and ensure they making a good connection with the charging pins. Then keep the case closed until the case lights stop flashing, and only remove one earbud from the case and it in your ear before removing the other earbud.     great product. I used Sony before but this headset is better. Only issue is it does not change to multiple device automatically, you need to change it manually. Overall great headset
