    I thought I did enough research on these but I guess not. I do not like these and I don't recommend people get these unless you're only using them for music but trying to call people with them is a no go, the sound can go in and out of them randomly, they don't connect to your device all of the time and overall these earbuds have just given me a hard time snd there hard to use and the app is very difficult as well no instructions or nothing.

    A purchase of these earbuds had to take them back within a week. They did not work properly. Connections were an issue. Sometimes it would just disconnect from my phone altogether. The sound quality was good. However, they need to fix their connectivity issues.

    defiantly does not have the connection problem as the last model. When I use this for concerts dulls the music too much.

    Ill-fitting buds. They keep falling out of ears. They need to keep the old fashioned silicone stabilizers or continue to offer earphones with options to choose the silicone stabilizers. Whether im exercising or staying still, they fall out once youre ears become sweaty or just wet. Sound quality is NOT the problem. The issue is finding a way for the earbuds to stay in the ear

    If you're up for terrible customer service and support, and a possibly defective product right off the bat, these are it for you. I was looking to replace old earbuds and did my research and was so excited about these. The fit was a bit awkward but I made it work. But then the right earbud stopped connecting and stopped charging. I looked online and apparently this is a very common issue. The only solution support was able to give was for me to ship them back first, and then they'll ship me new ones... but the kicker is that the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. I use headphones for work and travel a lot and need these to be able to do my job. The worst service and quite frankly. the worst headphones I've used in a long time. Just beware of how inflexible their help is.

With a product exchange, it's true that the old pair needs to come in to us before the new pair can be shipped out. As for the connection and charging issues with the right earbud, neither of these issues should occur, but if they do then there are various things you can try. Resetting the earbuds themselves, and also rebooting your connected device, can help stabilise the connection. Also try a different charging plug and cable, in case the one you've been using is defective or supplying insufficient charge.     The worst in phone calls

    For any streaming video/audio they are wonderful and the noise cancellation is above and beyond but when it comes to audio on a phone call its just so bad, i checked all my settings, updates, and compared to my old jabra elite active 75t or bose soundsport free using the same volume settings just not worth it, so I returned them.

    After only two months, the earbuds keep disconnecting from all my devices all the time. I reached out to Bose's customer service. Guess what, they ask me to pay more for an upgrade. If you have to buy these, don't buy from BestBuy, cause you can return them in 90 days only if you buy from Bose.com. Otherwise good luck. I will never ever buy anything from Bose again. Shame on them.

    Won't Charge!

    Love this when it's working, but i has terrible battery life & sometime the case doesn't even charge the earbuds while it's in the case all day. I don't know if it's a defect in the case/earbuds but there is no reason the charging should be so slow nor fully charge while in the case.

    The sound from the earbuds are great is a quite area. If you have any background noise its hard to hear even at 100%. The phone calls even worse. The person on the other end had a hard time hearing me due to the background noise. due to my job i need to hear and be herd when on the phone so i had to return them.
