I find them moderately comfortable. I give the QC Ultra headphones 5/5 but the earbuds 4/5. I do not think they are worth $300 so wait for them to go on sale.

Connectivity issue was a users error or people not having the latest update but it truly is a terrible problem. Had them turn off serval times within 5 days of use and eventually took close to 30 min to establish reconnection. I went back and grabbed a pair of Sony wf-1000xm5 and won’t be going back.

The second pair we bought I can’t get it to connect to my phone . Not buying Bose products anymore. this is my third pair of earbuds. The 300$ price tag is not justified by broken earbuds that are not lasting more than a year
