Connecting issues at least every week after 2 months, have to hard reset everytime it happens average battery life (5 hours continuous) on full charge. But no customer or video support for better Bluetooth connection for all devices (apple,samsung, etc. ) wouldn't recommend until visible improvement on easy connection down the line.

Noise canceling worked better than any other earbuds I have tried. Could not get them to stay in my ears. Tried all the combinations of pieces sent with them but nothing worked.

A nice touch is the voice alerts when devices connect, calls start and end, etc. The music reproduction and soundstage arent up to Devialet’s Gemini buds, which is the only reason these aren’t my favorite.

The sound is amazing and very smooth. Noise canceling is works fantastic. I recommend everyone should purchase these Bose earbuds.

The only thing that bugs me is how if I'm just trying to adjust the buds in my ear that the music always gets paused or sings get skipped from any light touch to the bud. Besides that it's been a great purchase.

I have Best Buy recommended a Bose set of earbuds with noise, cancellation, and an incredible sound system that you can use the equalizer to adjust the bass and treble. By far the best pair earbuds I’ve ever had

Overpriced and also the case was massive, confused it multiple times with a computer mouse. They were comfortable, but had issues dealing with the size of the case and also the headphones themselves were big.
