Posted .Hello, thanks for leaving your review of the QC Ultra Earbuds. Poor voice pickup is generally attributed with the way they are placed in the ears. There are tiny holes on the buds which work best when directed towards your mouth and if they're too high, it'll direct ambient sound into the mics. I recommend readjusting the placement so they are directed more towards your mouth and try another call to see if that helps.

They also have great sound quality. I also accidentally dropped them through the elevator shaft from the 5th floor to the basement and they still work!

It is easy to accidentally hang up on people if you try to reposition them in the ear. Sound was great until they stopped working.
