    I recently purchased the Quiet Comfort Bose earbuds to replace an early generation Airpod. These are so much better; in ear comfort and sound. Excellent for exercising.

    Best earbuds I've ever purchased. The noise canceling truly feels as if there is no noise around you. The immersion mode gives you that authentic theatrical feeling!

    Pros: - Great audio quality - Fantastic ANC, has worked great in office, industrial and gym environments, as well as on numerous flights. - Immersive audio feature is awesome for media consumption Cons: - Expensive - Range is mediocre at best - I have gone through three pair of these in 16 months, and each time they have succumbed to a failure of the earbuds to recognize that they've been placed in their case, resulting in them not powering off and charging. Taking out your earbuds only to find they're dead sucks.

      Hi Sam, I'm happy to hear you like the audio quality and noise cancelling of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, as well as the Immersive Audio! If your earbuds aren't being recognised by the charging case, try re-syncing the case and buds. To do this, place both earbuds firmly in the case, and check the LEDs are lighting up. Then close the lid, and once the case LED goes out, open the lid and insert your right earbud. You should hear the welcome tone. Then, do the same with your left earbud, and continue using your product.     Bought these after having the Bose QuietComfort II expecting an upgrade. While the sound quality is better than the predecessor, its physical quality is subpar and did not even last me three months. I use my earphones mostly to workout or for travel and take care of them, however just a month into owning them I changed the earphone cushion as instructed on the manual and the piece that keeps it in place had fallen off. Additionally, it has major issues when connecting to an iphone and will frequently disconnect for no reason or have issues finding your phone.

    noise cancelling is great and the voice is also fine. just one thing not perfect, it can only connect to one device at a time, the headphone version can connect to multiple devices.

    I wanted to like these headphones so badly! They sound amazing and their noise cancelling is definitely better than the airpods pro. However, three things ruined the experience for me, and I just returned them to my local BB store: 1 - no multipoint, which make them a pain to use with more than one device 2 - unstable connection, very often I would notice the headphones go out of sync for a split second, and then sync up again right away. it's very glitchy and distracting 3 - worst issue I had with my pair were the controls, as soon as the cold weather hit this week, the touch controls failed a lot. The headphones started automatically switching themselves between anc and aware modes, to the point where they were unusable. I then decided to turn off the shortcuts in the app, to then see that the same issue of the touch controls started happening with the play/pause function. I cannot emphasize enough that this is a huge deal breaker for cold climates. I'm hoping that in the future Bose will get its act together and put out a competent pair of TW earbuds, as I love the brand and their sound quality. For now I'll just go back to my ok sounding airpods.

      Hello, it's awesome to hear that these sound amazing and that they have great noise cancelling.
      The earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 and connection range of upto 30 feet, so it is unusual to hear about an unstable connection. You can find guidance here to ensure a perfect connection bose.life/46mOBQg
      These can be used with different devices by disconnecting the first device and then these can re-connect to another previously pair device as they can remember upto 8 paired devices.
