Needs better Quality Control

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound and noise cancellation is great but 2 big problems I've had with them, the touch controls are so sensitive and the earphones don't stay in place inside the case to charge. I took these on a 5hr flight and it was so annoying, I had a neck pillow on and the touch panels kept being triggered. I couldn't really enjoy the music. The app was not connecting without wifi so I couldn't even go in the app to change the touch panels. It's a shame I really wanted to love these but needed more quality control prior to being released and it's unacceptable from a company like Bose. Maybe they can patch it with an update in the future for the app and the touch panels but the earphones staying in the case correctly or might need to be recalled or serviced.

For issues with the earbuds staying in place, I recommend that you try changing the stability bands and ear tips to find the best fit for you: bose.life/464ZWoC. If the earbuds aren't sitting correctly, be sure that the stability band is securely fitted to the earbud, if the stability band isn't flush to the earbud, it could cause the earbud to sit incorrectly in the charging case, preventing it from charging.

Very nice quality of sound, but they don't work properly with Apple. Neither with iPhone nor with MacAir. Some times buds are working not simultaneously with some bad nose as if they not connected to each other. Also couldn't hear Siry and to answer a call had to open iPhone, go to settings choose Bose Ultra etc… Last drop is that I couldn’t connect them to my MacAir… Approximately the same troubles with Bose Open… Too much inconvenience for good sound. The made only for listening to a music. Not worst it. Two stars out of five

Posted .I'm glad you were happy with the audio quality of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. The earbuds are designed to work seamlessly with both Apple and Android devices, so if connection or audio sync issues occur, there are several things we can try. I would recommend rebooting your iPhone or MacAir, as well as clearing the Bluetooth pairing lists on both sides.
As for voice control, you can set a shortcut to access your mobile device's voice control via the earbuds. The microphone on the earbuds will then act as an extension of the mic on your mobile device.
