The Bose App will randomly refuse to connect to earbuds even though they are connected and playing audio, by far the least stable app of this kind, verging on making otherwise excellent hardware unusable. Pros: Best noise canceling earbuds (quite mode), best ambient sound (aware mode). Very good audio quality for my use

Great sound but had multiple problems

But they’re going back due to technical difficulties. I’ve had multiple issues with them. I’m hoping it’s an isolated incident and will try another one after I exchange it today.

Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...
