Big disappointment

Recently, about one month ago, beside the crunchy noises, they started doing other strange things, jumping from an apparent disconnection to another effect, kind of swapping audio between both ear pieces, sometimes several times in one period of use, sometimes ok for days… definitely disappointed. Best Buy exchanged them, so I will try luck again, because when they work, they are very good.

Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.

I have to spend literally hours resetting, recharging, re-pairing, removing/reinstalling the App, etc... because it doesn't always resolve it the first (or second) time I try. They sound great when they work, but not worth the hassle. I hate these earbuds...never buying BOSE earbuds again.
