I don't know if it's a defect in the case/earbuds but there is no reason the charging should be so slow nor fully charge while in the case.

First the right one, then the left. Make sure you double check when your warranty expires, I missed mine by a couple weeks. Really sad about it, won’t be buying again simply due to price.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you returned your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! As long as your connected Bluetooth device is turned up loud enough, the earbuds should supply plenty of volume. We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time.
