Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

As for any issues with an unreliable connection, these can often be fixed by rebooting the connected device (e.g. your smartphone), or pairing a different device to the earbuds and comparing performance. Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible app, touch controls very sensitive and no way to turn them off so no hoods or even sweat, for the first minute itll make it sound like its still connecting or looking for device even if its already connected, great audio quality and noise cancelation but bose has done nothing to improve the quality of life when using this product should not cost more than 100-150 with all everything you have to put up with and just accept when you choose these earbuds.
