Good sound and noise-cancelling on wide array of media, including music, podcasts and watching movie. Setup takes a few too many tries, though, and buttons don't always respond as the paperwork and app outline. Better options out there for this money, especially Sony products. Returning tomorrow because they only stay connected when battery is over 80%. After that, they disconnect 2.5 seconds after connecting. Happening on iPhone, Android, Mac and PC. Definitely a problem when cost is so high. Likely defective - - hopefully others have better luck with their purchases.

Disappointed. With the brand, I expected a much nicer user experience. The noise canceling is subpar. The Bluetooth is always cutting out. At the gym it cuts out when I lay back for an exercise. They do not turn on when you put them on. I don’t mind paying for quality. But this time is a disappointment.

Got them for my husband. He absolutely loves them.

Sound great. A little touchy with the on ear sensor stopping sound. Probably adjustable, but do to this I’m still considering Apple’s over ear.

Was an open box purchase said excellent condition pads on headphones had residue and stains on them like they were worn and sweat stains and makeup stains went back to the store where I purchased them and they said open box R as is horrible experience horrible customer service honestly I should be given some type of reimbursement for the issue. We went back the next day and they said that it’s probably from us wearing them, but they were still sealed in the box we never wore them we got them late at night and then came back the next morning when you opened may just have to post a review for others to see and be warned.

These are by far the coolest headphones I've ever tried. The spatial feature makes it sound like you are at a live concert. I highly recommend.

Expensive headphones should be the best headphones! This isn’t the case with this model. Sound quality is good, but not the best choice when compared to Sony or Apple. I tested all 3 brands and decided to stay with Apple. Sorry Bose, but you aren’t longer the Best out there.

My wife loves it. it is something that I never would have thought she would have wanted for Mother's day.

I've used the Sony XM5 and Bose Quite Comfort, but I think the Bose QC Ultra is the greatest for me.

Comfortable, noise canceling on the ear pieces work, microphones are too sensitive to use for conversation or conference calls.

Easy return and very helpful good customer service

The headphones themselves are not anything amazing. The noise cancelling is comparable to the Sony XM4’s so i was not impressed. Still an amazing pair to have but nothing too crazy.

overall great headphones only downside for me personally is the bass. Wish it had more thump in that dept

These headphones are a step down from their earlier releases. The "touch sliding" volume controls sucks, you cant "precision" tune the volume cause it moves the volume like 10 increments just from barley sliding the thing (touch control). Bluetooth sucks Their kinda tight on the head When charging, if you unplug the headphones, they will Power On automatically, and connect to anything in range.
