They cup your ear so tightly it creates a vacuum on my ear which is uncomfortable. They have a disconnect issue periodically especially if they get below 60% battery life. The headphones are fine

Control’s are confusing if you are used to the older buttons and mechanical power switch. Turning them on is 10-15 second major evolution. Straight out of the box the auto off functions are annoying.

Not very comfy if worn for a long time. They probably won’t be my go to for bluetooth audio, it’s probably just a personal preference, I’d rather use ear buds.

I’ve returned once (thank you Best Buy total protection plan) and got another one. Unfortunately, had the same problem. I’ve owned Bose headphones for years. Is anyone else havng this problem?

Posted .Sorry to hear your QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are making a "cracking" sound! It's certainly odd for this to happen with two different sets of headphones. One thing to try is a reset of the headphones; to do this, connect a USB-C cable to a power outlet, then press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button on your headphones. Whilst holding the button, connect the USB-C cable to the left earcup. The Power light on your headphones will quickly blink twice. After 2 seconds, release the Power/Bluetooth button.
