The sound quality is okay. Commuting to and from work via the bus and walking I like to listen to music or the news. Having noise cancelling allows me to disassociate from the world. I'd expect better from Bose. I remember years ago trying out a pair and it was awesome! This was okay. They have the same quality noise cancelling as my Sony XM2s from 2018. Two other big complaints I have are the hapic feedback buttons. I hate these lack of button devices. I can't figure out how to get this to work and I always have to use my phone to control what's supposed to be easy to use. The second complaint is switching between devices. I can't get this easily move from my phone to laptop once I'm at work. I don't mind opening settings and changing it but they crash every time. I have to turn off the headphones then deactivate my bluetooth feature on my last paired device.

They are awesome. Clear sound. Works great to immerse yourself into whatever game, music, or movie your watching! Can connect to 2 different Bluetooth devices & easily switch between them. Long battery life.

The noise cancellation quality is amazing. The sound feels great when wearing them. I love the auto wake up feature on the headphones. Love the different features in the app like the immersion and modes you can set.

Overall best headphones you can get… light, durable, GREAT battery life, and amazing sound options. I fly weekly and these zone out all the background noise so well. Love them.

It's a great set of headphones that's light and comfortable overall. I particularly appreciate the high-quality hear-through mode, which makes wearing them around the house or going on walks easy. It also can switch between different devices pretty easily, which is nice for bouncing between the phone, computer and Steam Deck (where it works with low enough latency over Bluetooth to be fine for most applications). The one hitch I had when first getting the headphones was the lack of a physical switch for the different modes. Instead, you have a couple of buttons to cycle through different settings that took a bit of getting used to before I got the hang of it.

Of course you know what you get with Bose products and this is no exception. Excellent sound amazing comfort and the noise cancellation is a wonderful way to enjoy your music.

The title says it all. I was skeptical at first about getting these headphones but finders keepers and losers weepers. It was one of the best decisions of my life. The noise cancellation helps me be productive in the office. They have saved my career. I could go feature by feature like how the aware setting is my most used when I’m running around

These are super comfortable and provide great noise cancelling. I am using them for work and Zoom meetings. They do a great job of creating a quiet meeting environment in a busy office.

These were soo good. Comfortable, worked great, and shut out all of the outside noise so I could get some work done. Unfortunately, they were too good. My adult son "borrowed them" 2 weeks ago and I'm not sure they are coming back. I highly recommend them, just don't let anyone borrow them.
