U-Tube videos were a good source for instructions, because my older eyes could not read the fine printed material instructions.

My only gripe was the noise canceling got wonky in my car when hitting bumps but my car is not great. The most comfortable by far

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They are comfortable and offer cool features, but unable to connect to the ps5 via bluetooth, you need to use a cable to connect to the controller which is ok, and the cup folder can be hazardous as foldable parts will have a pinch point and hurt you if not carefully handled. It needs a design guard against trapping the skin. Also had mic issues when in any other modes than "aware".

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 for the past 4 years, and I loved them, I wanted to upgrade to the new Quiet Comfort Ultra, and I have no doubt Bose is the best in class in noise cancellation and quality of sound by far. I love my new Quiet Comfort Ultra.

Then I purchased the Bose, and the sound quality and noise cancelation were excellent. The other brand provides better battery life and is cheaper, and sometimes I have connectivity issues with the Bose. I didn’t have that issue with the other product. For this price tag I would hope for faster charging, longer battery life and better connectivity.
