    Too heavy for me and the noise cancellation feature was too strong and made me dizzy. Other than that they work great

    Let me start by saying these headphones are great. I had purchased them online for pickup open box in supposedly excellent condition. I anticipated them to look slightly worn, but this item was very obviously used and more so fair/good condition. When I brought them back into the store even the associate acknowledged that they were clearly not in excellent condition. I reordered it brand new and love them, so I do overall recommend this item.

    I’m a big bass lover. These are fine. They cup your ear so tightly it creates a vacuum on my ear which is uncomfortable. They have a disconnect issue periodically especially if they get below 60% battery life. The headphones are fine

    These are great headphones with some limitations They are not as long as previous models so they sit higher on my ears which interferes with my glasses. Control’s are confusing if you are used to the older buttons and mechanical power switch. Turning them on is 10-15 second major evolution. Straight out of the box the auto off functions are annoying.
