I originally bought the jbl headset and ended up giving them to my gf. I decided to splurge and get a better set but these headsets disconnect all the time. Hard to switching devices. I should have bought the Apple Headphones or stick with the JBL.

They use Shipt; I ordered this for delivery to a condo unit and they were unable to deliver it. There was no attempt to call/reschedule delivery, they just decided they would return it immediately on short notice. It’s been more than 10 business days and they are still processing my return, so I still have not received my refund. Very frustrating. I bought the same item in-store later, the headphones themselves are great. Just don’t order for delivery.
