The best most comfortable headphones I've owned. This is now my fourth pair of noise cancelling headphones. The original Bose Quiet Comfort headphones quit working when the slider switch failed. The Beats headphones came apart at the overhead strap connection to the ear section. Great for air travel.

The sound is with no doubt one of the best in the market. They are a little big but not heavy at all, best part battery life!!. Love them!

I love my headphones and take them everywhere with me. As a college student I need noise canceling headphones and these do a great job.

One of the best headphones ive ever used. Noise cancelling is by far the best i've ever used on any headphone. Sounds better then any other headphone ive used and battery life is amazing.

IMO, these are the best headphones that I have owned and they are more comfortable than the Sony models. The spatial sound is outstanding, but I am not an audiophile expert by any meaning. I have owned many headphones and these are by far my favorite.

These are my fifth pair of Bose headphones and it’s amazing how they keep raising the bar. The sound is crisp, the noise cancellation properties are impecable, the quality of the craftsmanship is unsurpassable, and even the carrying case is even improved (slimmer). Used them on my last trip to Europe and I never felt uncomfortable wearing them across the Atlantic flight. Highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and pick up a pair. Thanks Bose…!!!

Very happy with these. The default options are sufficient for a great user experience. Even if the headphones are not turned on, you can just use passive noise cancelling to focus on heads-down work. Battery life is phenomenal. Well worth the money.

The sound quality is phenomenal, and I love how soft and comfortable they are. Noise canceling feature is awesome and super helpful when I have to focus on studying.

Purchased for daughter for Christmas. She loves them, they have amazing sound quality, you go to another place. She wanted them to fit over piercings and they do just that. Great headphones

We purchased this item for a Christmas gift. Set up was easy and of course as all Bose products it works exceptionally well. The comfort level of this unit is amazing. You can easily forget that you have them on. The staff at Bestbuy was courteous and helpful.

Great product, more comfortable than any Bose headsets with outstanding sound quality. They are as good or better than AirPod Max - I have them both.

I bought these headphones for their noise canceling properties, so that's what I'm going to focus on. Headphones cancel noise in two ways: Active and Passive. Active cancels it by playing sound waves to counter the sounds around you. It only works with consistent noises like a plane engine or an ac unit. Passive works by physically blocking the noise, it's similar to blocking noise with your fingers. This headset is advertised as having both types and fails at both of them. Best Buy doesn’t have a "specification" for passive noise canceling(PNC), but it does have one for "sound isolating" which is the closest to PNC that I could find. For the active noise canceling, on its strongest setting, it dampens consistent noises, but that's all. It doesn't cancel them out, they are still quite loud. My best example is a vacuum, despite the fact it is a consistent sound, and what the active noise canceling is made for, I still hear the vacuum quite loudly. Even from six feet away, I can hear an average power fan. It fails at canceling noise. As for the sound isolating, it doesn't isolate sound. Wearing the headphones doesn't even dampen noise from close up, unwinding the cord of a vacuum is the same level of volume while wearing the headphones or not wearing them. Dogs barking more than two rooms away is muffled by maybe 20% while wearing them. This level of noise canceling is something I'd expect from 100 dollar, poor quality headphones. Not headphones worth $300 or "$429 competitor's price." Calling this "sound isolating" is negligent at best and willfully ignorant or malicious at worst, I expected better from Best Buy. Don't waste your money, I'm planning on refunding at my first opportunity.

I’ve had several Bose products over the years but had been using AirPods Max for a while. They’re great but I’m so glad I made the switch back to the QuietComforts. They weigh so much less and can be worn for a long period of time without any strain and they are so much more portable and easier for traveling. The sound quality is still fantastic and what you would expect from Bose.

I absolutely love these headphones. Perfect for the gym, just cleaning around the house, or talking on the phone. I LOVE the different modes, being able to block out noise completely in one mode or being able to hear my surroundings in another, perfect for a walk outside. Gives me the opportunity to feel much safer on walks and runs alone!

Usually a beats user but my friend recommended these and I have been enjoying them ever since purchasing them! They work great and battery last long time and quality is top tier
