For Sound Quality, features, and noise canceling this is the best product and deserves 5 stars. However, I developed a rash, redness, itchy and flakey skin on and around my ears after wearing them for more than a few minutes. I have have other over the ear headphones, even older Bose QC products and did not have that issue. I even wear airline provided headphone on long hall flight up to 15 hours, and not have an issue. I have since returned them since the return period was approaching. I will have to investigate the materials and see if there is something that is causing the rash and if can be corrected. If there a solution to rash I got, I will consider getting them again.

There were very comfortable. I loved all the customizable things you could do via the app. But the price was a little much.

Grest sound quality. Comfortable. The color (white) is aesthetically pleasing.

They are comfortable and offer cool features, but unable to connect to the ps5 via bluetooth, you need to use a cable to connect to the controller which is ok, and the cup folder can be hazardous as foldable parts will have a pinch point and hurt you if not carefully handled. It needs a design guard against trapping the skin. Also had mic issues when in any other modes than "aware".

I’m very happy with the product. I replaced my Bose earbuds with over the rar headphones because I sometimes fall asleep with them on and the over the ear headphones are much more comfortable

I have had the the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 for the past 4 years, and I loved them, I wanted to upgrade to the new Quiet Comfort Ultra, and I have no doubt Bose is the best in class in noise cancellation and quality of sound by far. I love my new Quiet Comfort Ultra.

Noise cancellation is on whole another level and comfort 10/10 for sure

Easy to sync to phone and Samsung Tv. Background noise elimination works great. Comfortable to wear.

What an amazing headphones, Bose products are great investments, they last for years if you really take care of them and the noise cancellation is for sure the best I ever had.

Terrible experience with the sales person, but the headphones are the best thing I have heard. Better than the Bose 700's that preceded these, which I bought for my wife. A+ Looking forward to another Bose product that will last over a decade
