Very low volume

But what I didn't like about this product was the volume level. It's maximum volume is low. I like to listen to my music loud. This headphone's volume does not go high. It may be lower than my AirPod Pro. Didn't like it. Will return it.

I'd recommend checking with different devices, and that you haven't enabled a hearing protection setting that limits overall volume. Sometimes theres a rattle in the right ear and occasionally, the set I have will conpletely lose audio even at max volume, and the simplest way to fix it is by plugging the set into a wall jack. For the asking price, these should be flawless and they're rough. The actual sound quality is the only good feature. Not great for exercise, they'll come right off.

The reason for the 4 start is they do NOT have a mic mute button. This is a basic feature and should be there.for thise of us that use them for work.

Once i power them on they eliminate majority of all background noise. Once the music starts playing, i can't hear anything but the tunes. Great product for the audiophile! Would definitely buy them all over again

I compared it against the Focal Bathys headphone, bought in another place, that is way more superior. The Focal of course was more expensive but I decided to keep it and return the Bose.
