Very comfortable, excellent sound (once Eq is tuned), solid battery life, excellent ANC. Out of the box sound is okay, but they really pop when you tune the equalizer. The 1-star deduction is due to the headset only supporting AptX adaptive, not compatible with standard AptX CODERCs from source devices (phones/tablets/players). I knew this when purchasing, but it's a glaring flaw. There are vastly more phones/tablets/players that support standard AptX, including such widely-known brands as Samsung. Bose REALLY should come out with a firmware upgrade to the headphones, adding standard AptX support.

Comfortable fit. Bought for work to use for transcribing and sound and noise reduction are great.

My dad enjoys this device since it enhances his hearing of programming on TV! His eyesight is poor & this device makes a lot of difference for him when his shows are on TV! These headphones allow for conversations to take place in the house without disturbing my dad's time listening to the TV! The staff @ Best Buy was very helpful when explaining on how to use the headphones!

These are another in the line of excellent Bose Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent.

I didnt think bose could get any better with noise cancellation but these are a game changer, you use the bose app to change the modes and the headphones seemlessly switch between devices. Only problem is when taking the train or bus the headphones tend to shake, other than that theyre perfect and light weight

Bose was an easy win over Apple and Sony, among others. Design, quality, sound were perfect. Noise cancelling is onnanother level, along with the realistic spatial sound.

noise cancelling continues to improve and this is a nice step forward. The music that Delta plays when we get on the plane still gets through the noise cancelling. Maybe I just need to understand the settings better. Overall very happy with the purchase. very comfortable.
