The noise cancellation is absolutely amazing and blew me away the first time I tried it. The audio quality is also superb, coming from a jbl 520 to this was a massive improvement. I’m hearing things in music and shows that I’ve never heard before. I also really like the equalizer option on the app as it allows me to amplify the miss of songs and make the lyrics even clearer. I hope to get the second generation of them in the future.

Have tried at least 3 of the top tier ANC headphones over the past year, including the Sony XM5s. These are by far the best in noise cancellation. The Bose app is also very easy to use. Very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. My favorite pair of headphones so far.

The build quality is amazing the sound (from the speakers) is amazing. Only deducting a star because the call quality is not that great, and they make a pop sound occasionally if you are walking quickly or rapid head movement. Also I wouldn't recommend buying them now as the second Gen comes out next month.

Bose is a great electronics brand, the noise-cancelling headphones worked perfect in cancelling any outside noise while listening to music from iPhone during a flight over to Europe. Highly recommend.

The sound quality is okay. Commuting to and from work via the bus and walking I like to listen to music or the news. Having noise cancelling allows me to disassociate from the world. I'd expect better from Bose. I remember years ago trying out a pair and it was awesome! This was okay. They have the same quality noise cancelling as my Sony XM2s from 2018. Two other big complaints I have are the hapic feedback buttons. I hate these lack of button devices. I can't figure out how to get this to work and I always have to use my phone to control what's supposed to be easy to use. The second complaint is switching between devices. I can't get this easily move from my phone to laptop once I'm at work. I don't mind opening settings and changing it but they crash every time. I have to turn off the headphones then deactivate my bluetooth feature on my last paired device.

These are more comfortable than the earbuds. Not too tight, but stay on your head. Sound and bass is top tier.

Excellent headphones. The sound is deep and rich, and noise cancellation is second to none in this market. Bose actually has been so far ahead here for years, that my previous Q35s were just slightly less in terms of quality, and I’ve had those for 10 years! Highly recommend, this message is approved by this naval aviator.

These headphones really outshine my previous xm5s with their clear highs, and punchy lows. The music is very immersive with their immersive audio feature, and the noise canceling is amazing! These headphone's transparency mode does lack slightly, but was a worthy trade off for the value you recieve!

Fit comfortably over the ears. Blocks out an incredible amount of noise. Bose phone app very helpful. Bluetooth compatible. One of my better purchases. In store Best Buy employee explained them to me which I apppreciated.

I’ve never owned a nice pair of headphones so I decided to buy these since they were on sale, I was quite surprised at the audio clarity these have, I’m able to hear sounds in music I’ve never heard before so I’m very happy with these also immersion mode is best used for videos imo, for music it was a hit or miss.
