I love how it automatically turn off or pause if you have to take off and then resume when you put back on your head. The only complaint is the quiet mode is not 100% silent. There is some outside noise but very minor

I also wanted something that has a mute mic button for zoom/team's call. This model doesn't support that and the volume slider touch bar is terrible and hard to find. I like the older model of quiet comfort much better than this ultra version.

While it's true that comfort is subjective, these headphones are designed to fit a wide range of customers comfortably. The volume strip is also intended to be easy to operate, and we're sure our customers will love it once they get used to it. Simply swipe up to increase volume or down to decrease it. To quickly increase or decrease the volume, use a long swipe on the volume strip. You can also touch and hold the strip to use your Shortcut. I hope this information is helpful! Bad product, bad company!

Ridiculous! Let it be known Bose does not care about its customers and has left me stuck with these headphones and I am out the money I paid for them.

Setup takes a few too many tries, though, and buttons don't always respond as the paperwork and app outline. Better options out there for this money, especially Sony products. Returning tomorrow because they only stay connected when battery is over 80%. After that, they disconnect 2.5 seconds after connecting. Happening on iPhone, Android, Mac and PC. Definitely a problem when cost is so high. Likely defective - - hopefully others have better luck with their purchases.

Took a flight this past weekend and the ANC was sorely disappointing. It blocks the hum of a fan in an apartment but did almost nothing for the drone of a plane engine…had volume much higher than I was expecting (between 50-75% of max) and still found I was competing with the noise. Used with iPhone 15 Pro Max and Bose app to verify settings. Unfortunately I’m now outside the return window. Will be extra cautious with Best Buy Open Box deals in the future.
