Headphones is the best, it work as advertised. Used on my travel and it was comfortable through my 8 hour plane ride. Headphone was light it you won't feel like its on your head, sound quality is a bit bassy but you can tune the sound on the app, noise cancelation and noise ambiet is great, but the only problem is remembering the functions on your headphones. I watched movies and listen to music and the batteries life was enough for me. I bought 2 of these phones because I did not want to share with my wife.

Yes, the product performs as described. There are some key features that you don't appreciate though, until you put them on. 1) Super light. 2) The microphone is just amazing. I'm far clearer than using, for example, a computer microphone. 3) Thee ability to switch the blue tooth connection from my computer to my tv is really easy. So, I won't go on about how quiet the product is, or how great the noise cancellation is, or the spatialized audio for immersive listening works. It does. But it really delights with the "extras".

Overall sleek and comfortable design and excellent sound quality as to be expected with bose, I also have the Sony Wh-1000xm5's and these are neck in neck as far as sound quality goes, the bose seem slightly more comfortable for extended periods of time but the difference isn't very noticeable and the bose immersive sound function is amazing worth the purchase if you can afford it.

I got the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones (Over-the-Ear) in Lunar Blue color from Best buy in December 2025 as part of a great deal at a very discounted price. The purchase process was seamless and I opted to pickup my order from a Bestbuy store close to my house. The overall purchase experience with best buy was great. As far as the headphone is concerned, this is one of the most comfortable headphones that I have ever owned and I own quite a few. The overall sound quality and noice cancelling is exceptional. A must to have device for frequent travellers based on the comfort and noise cancelling feature. I had a Sony XM4 and it was not a great headphone for long hours of use as my ears would start to hurt after an hour of use. This headphone feels very light on your head. It does not have that clamping feeling or you feel fatigued after long hours if use. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and from Best buy.

My old Bose headphones finally wore out of many years of use. When I went into Best Buy to consider a replacement I test listened to the many options available, but the sound quality of these headphones was mind blowing. I've been completely stratified with them from sound, comfort and battery time before i have to recharge them. I listened to other brands but in my opinion Bose has the best sound quality.

Use it mostly when traveling, sound quality and battery life very good, and very comfortable too

I used Rtings.com to see their rating of it and it checks out. The noise cancellation is the best I have had (only other one was AirPods Pro 2). The transparency mode is also just as good as the AirPods Pro 2. The battery life is also good. I do like that it can connect to multiple devices at once for easy switching between devices. The only downside is the cost which no way should any headphone like this be 400 dollars. But in saying that I don’t regret buying it.

Have had these for almost a year now. Best headphone I've ever had, got these on offer sale, and they are just great, sound, build quality, battery life are great, and the noice cancelling and comfort are great. No regrets with this buy.

I really wanted to get the Bose QC Ultra 2 for the USB-C audio + ANC improvements but the glossy, shiny, loud unaesthetic colors were a no go for me. I do however appreciate the comfort with this model, I can wear them all day at work etc. and they don’t bother my ASD sensitivities and the ANC is a little better than the Beats Studio Pro and they easily connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone or laptop at work.

when you wear it, you feel something soft on your ear, good quality, looks good but a little bit annoying when you workout, if you wanna buy for workout, hm it isn’t the best fore running and some heavy workout!

I got it for my wife a month ago. She always had issue with every headphone cups cause her ears are so sensitive, so she couldn't have them for more than 30 minutes. Also she has tinnitus and if a loud noise she hears, she will have buzzing in her ears for the whole day. Got this headphone after a long research, cause she always wanted a headphone not hurting her ears, and she is really happy and satisfied with it. She's been using it 3-4 hours every day and it doesn't make her ears ring or hurt her ear cartilages. And the noise cancelling is the best one I've ever seen in any device before. Also, its design is really modern and classy. You can feel the luxury with it. Overall, if I could give it a 10 stars I would.

I adore these headphones, I travel quite a bit and these headphones are not only comfortable, but are truly noise cancelling! The battery lasts me a while, even when using them daily at the gym, gaming, or for calls. I do wish I could make them slightly smaller as they're a bit big for my head, but readjusting every once in a while isn't so bad.

Love how light these headphones are. Sound great just like Bose QC 45 but noise cancelation is superb! Comfort is top tier but QC45 a tad better simply due to comfort and functionally. Prefer the physicals on the QC45 but still a great product. I workout in these and they stay on perfectly.
