    Immersive Audio for the WIN

These are hands down the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound is rich, clear, and incredibly immersive with the spatial audio—it feels like I’m in the middle of the music. Noise cancelling is next-level; it completely blocks out the world. They’re also super comfortable, even for long listening sessions, and the battery lasts all day. Calls are crystal clear too. If you want premium sound and comfort, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra is worth every cent.

Best, most comfortable noise cancelling out there

I got these as a somewhat of an impulsive by after being influenced by a lot of my coworkers who had this pair. I bought them a day before a long 16 hour flight as I’m not too keen on flying and I must say, these made the flight so smooth because you almost don’t even realize that they’re on your head and you can’t hear any of the outside noise whatsoever. I personally have really only used them in stable settings, such as on a train, bus, or just working from home, office, café, etc. and not in the gym or any active settings like that, but they’ve been absolutely perfect so far and I can’t recommend them more to anybody who’s in the market free great pair of everyday headphones. The battery life is also great and one full charge last me 20+ hours.

these are the best and most useful over the head headphones. You can have on a plane, especially with the noise canceling feature. You can really tell the difference with having them on and off, and it helps reduce anxiety on flights.

I upgraded from the QC35’s and these are some great headphones. The noise cancellation works very well. I recently travelled with these through the airport and the flight and I barely heard a thing. High quality bass and treble levels. Call quality and pretty good too. The person on the other line can hear you quite well to much as a whisper. The EQ settings need a bit of work, and you don’t really need the other modes like walk, focus, and quiet. All you need is Aware mode and Immersion mode. But overall great headphones.

I've been using Bose headphones for almost 20 years, and these QuietComfort Ultras really live up to the name. The sound is as amazing as ever—maybe even better than what I remember from older models. I use them every day, and they've been super reliable. They're light, super comfortable, and the color is just perfect. Honestly, these headphones are part of my daily routine now. Looking forward to another 20 years with Bose.

honestly some of the best headphones ive ever owned. these feel like the best all around over ear headphones for daily life. they take calls wonderfully, the voice isolation outdoors is so good and the different settings pair together really well to help with awareness on calls or when traveling around. they’re really comfortable and i feel like i can wear these for hours on end with little to no discomfort. only issue ive had is they can be a little fragile and be prepared to buy ear cups because they split pretty quickly other than that these are an excellent choice for your average listener looking to escape the daily noise while still being able to take calls. also i tried working out in these and yeah just get some dedicated gym headphones for that, these slipped off my head often when picking up stuff but i have a pretty small head so take that with a grain of salt.

    Top-Tier Consumer Headphones with limitations

Exceptional audio, ANC, comfort, microphone clarity, and build quality. Out of the box, great experience on iOS, Android, Mac, and Nintendo Switch. Works with BOSE USB Link for superior/simpler performance on Windows. Works well with AptX dongles for wireless performance on PS5. Bose Music app is minimal but overall effective. ‘Smart’ buttons and functions are a bit clumsy. The ‘immersive’ audio is a tedious gimmick that I never use. Battery life could be better. If you’re loyal to Bose, these are a worthy revision. As always, price-to-performance doesn’t stack up against Sennheiser or Sony. Built-in Microphone doesn’t work when wired; included aux cable doesn’t have inline mic.

The good. The sound quality, noise cancellation and battery life are excellent and what you’d expect. The bad. The part that they fold at makes them feel cheep and they make squeaky noises when flexed from time to time at this point. I think if we were worried about size that much we’d get earbuds so I don’t see the point of it in the first place. It also seems like they would break easily because of this. The ultra headphones didn’t seem as comfortable as the regular one’s also but just by a little. Overall they are good headphones but I’d suggest getting them on sale to really make it worth the money.

Sound quality is extremely nice, wish it was more louder but for sure good enough. Had some connection issues though a week later, It was saying it was connected but no sound was coming through and it kept trying to connect to app but wouldnt. Had to double click Bluetooth an hold it for a long time, was very annoying but doesnt happen too often. Gonna replace this pair because of that. Noise cancelling is very good but could be a little better I feel like anyways (I understand they are ear muffs though and I do mow lawns so... still I barely hear the mowers). The battery life is god tier, literally all day I be playing music without it dieing on me very impressive. In love with these for sure!!

    Great sound, trash mic

I’ve been using the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones for a while now, and the experience has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, the sound quality is outstanding. It sounds rich, balanced, and detailed across all ranges. The noise canceling is some of the best I’ve ever experienced, blocking out everything from office chatter to plane engines. Comfort is also top-notch. I can wear them for hours without any fatigue or head pain. Unfortunately, the microphone is a major letdown. Total trash. On calls and video meetings, people constantly tell me I sound muffled or hard to hear, and the mic also seems to pick up every bit of background noise. Compared to my older QC35 II, the mic performance is significantly worse, which is disappointing for a premium product at this price point. Overall, while the headphones excel in listening experience and comfort, the poor microphone quality is a dealbreaker for me. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t buy the QC Ultras.

These headphone sound SO amazing. I wear them all the time. They made me feel like i was in a movie theatre watching anime on my phone. I love these headphones. Didn’t love the price but it was worth it. They connect automatically to my phone. It asks before connecting to my tv and i like that a lot. Also they have an aware more where it turns off noise cancelation aand you can hear whats going on around you. They fold up small enough to fit in your pocket.

They offer outstanding noise isolation performance, effectively blocking out ambient noise, which is beneficial for commuting or office environments. The sound quality is clear and sensitive, with a punchy bass and excellent instrumental staging. Users have noted that the headphones are comfortable for extended wear, though some mention that the design isn’t as luxurious as some competitors.

I am an autistic adult and certain noise frequencies send me into a panic. I have never experienced this level of noise cancellation before! These closed back headphones provide not only that, but varying modes such as Aware and Immersive. I don't use those as much as Quiet mode, but I appreciate that they're there. The headphones also have some cool features like auto powering down and turning on automatically by taking them on/off.

Best headphones I've ever owned. The features are absolutely amazing. I don't work for Best Buy or it's affiliates, nor Bose, but this set of headphones are the game changer. Love the, as I call it, surround 360 follow sound feature. You turn your head and the sound adjusts around you as if you were walking away or closer to a main speaker. Maybe it should be called the live band effect. Awesome.
