They always work great. Great noise canceling and sound. Comfortable. I purchased to go with my home theater system when I didn't want to disturb anyone late at night. I would recommend.

Sound quality is beyond exceptional and they are also noise canceling, not a peep can be heard outside of what you are listening to. Great for music or gaming. Battery life is excellent as well. A full charge last a very, very long time.

I love the design--it's very comfortable for longer periods of time, and the sound quality is superb. The noise cancellation tech is also outstanding--and the ability to shift from "focused" to "aware" using a button on the side makes this a super travel companion.

I personally found them to have the best sound and most comfort. In my opinion, it is soothe extra money, if you can pay more.

If you don’t want to listen to your wife, you don’t have to! House alarm going off, can’t hear it. Dogs barking, who cares! Stupid DIY shows on TV, never fear Bose is here or hear. Whatever, just put on these headphones and listen to whatever you want. 20 plus hours of seeing your wife’s lips move but not having to hear her!!!

Max noise cancelling is incredibly effective. Definitely buy these if you LOVE noise cancelling on all the time. Issue for me: unlike prior versions (I own the prior two generations of QCs), there's a sliding scale adjustor on the Bose app that controls the noise canceling - from completely transparent to max noise canceling. On the one hand this is super cool, but there didn't seem to be a way to use the headphones in normal mode without noise canceling and without transparency (like most other high end models allow - B&W, Air Pod Max, etc.,). Putting the sliding scale in the middle gives you the worst of both worlds. This was a deal breaker for me especially during travel. Maybe Bose can do a firmware update that just allows for no noise canceling or transparency like the prior models. Also had some issues with the Bluetooth connectivity which I had not had with prior models. Ended up returning these and getting the Bowers & Wilkins Px8. The No recommendation is based on my own preferences, doesn't mean they're not great headphones.

No other headphone can beat this level of noise canceling and I have Bose as well as B&W PX7S3. The sound quality is bit lagging and EQ is very basic. So there are not much options of customizing sound to your taste. These headphone also have great microsphones, so it works very well in office. You can adjust the noise canceling levels to your liking. There is no mute button on the headset, so thats a bummer.

Comfert is good. Thats it. The thing likes to turn Off every now and then and does not like to turn on for some time. It's like it says Im done for today. Have to keep it off my head for some time before it will turn back on again.

However, we are truly sorry to hear about the powering issues you’ve been experiencing, headphones deciding to "call it a day" on their own is certainly frustrating, and that's definitely not the experience we want for you.
What you are describing sounds like it could be related to the on-head detection sensors or an auto-off timeout setting. Here are a few quick steps that often resolve this issue:
Make sure the Headphones are not in auto-off mode
The headphones use built‑in sensors to detect when they’re being worn. When you remove them and they remain unused for 5 minutes, they automatically enter sleep mode to conserve battery.
To wake the headphones, simply put them back on or press any of the following:
-Bluetooth/Power button
-Multi‑function button
-Volume strip
If the headphones remain inactive for 24 hours, they automatically power off.
To turn them back on, press the Bluetooth/Power button.
Note: You can change the auto‑off settings in the Bose app under Settings.
Reset your headphones:
-Resetting the headphones resets the product controls and reboots the headphones, but it does not erase any device settings.
-Remove the headphones from your device’s Bluetooth list.
-Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB‑C port on the left earcup.
-Press and hold the Bluetooth/Power button.
-While holding the button, connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB‑A power source (such as a computer or wall charger).
-Release the Bluetooth/Power button once the USB cable is fully connected.
When the reset is complete, the status light blinks white for 3 seconds, then glows according to the current charge level.
