I love the color, also they feel very comfortable around my ears and they sound great.

I have tried a few noise canceling earphones and headphones, but Bose is just on a different level when it comes to it. The sound quality and noise canceling is absolutely superb! There are no other choices when it comes to listening to your genre of music and actually hearing all the instruments that are being played. Now the noise canceling is on a different level, they are no competition when it comes to Bose noise canceling. Try it out and you will be amazed!

My honest opinion is that I think these are overrated and overpriced. The most annoying thing to me is that it has to be powered on if you plan to use the 3.5mm wired connection. So if the battery dies on this thing which it likely will because the battery life ain’t wonderful then you can’t even use the standard wired connection because you’ll hear nothing through the headphones, ugh. I have a portable retro game that has headphone jack and I can’t use my Bose headphones if the battery dies, that really sucks. As for sound quality, it’s alright. Comfort is also good, not great. Although it can be connected to multiple devices via Bluetooth, it doesn’t switch seamlessly from one device to another like Apple AirPods or the Sony Mark 4. Another annoyance is that there is a delay when you power on the headphones which sometimes has me wondering if I pressed the right button. One area that I think it really shines is with the ANC. You can really block out your environment with these headphones and that’s the only really great thing about it. I had Sony Mark 4 before but the hinges were no good and broke with mild usage within 1-1/2 to 2 years. I should have enrolled in or taken an extended warranty on the Sony headphones . I love the Sony headphones plus the app too which was loaded with useful features and very intuitive. These Bose headphones have me missing my Sony Mark 4. I really hope Sony fixes the problem with those flimsy hinges. Anyhow, I don’t like wasting money so I’ll be sticking with the Bose QuietComfort Ultra until they go bad. Hopefully by then Sony will get its act together with those horrible cheaply made hinges.

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are incredible! The sound is crystal clear, noise cancellation is top-tier, and they’re super comfortable for long use. The Lunar Blue color looks sleek and premium. Totally worth the price!

I really enjoy this product, but I previously owned the Bose QuietComfort 35 II and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, that model is no longer available. Compared to the QC35 II, this doesn’t feel like a true upgrade beyond the listening modes. In my opinion, the sound lacks power, particularly in the bass, which makes the overall experience less satisfying.

These are my absolute favorite noise canceling headphones on the market and they’re super comfortable the Sony ANC Headphones are overrated overpriced and lower quality plastic build material. The new Bose noise cancellation headphones are perfect for me.

In terms of noise cancellation, these are the best performing headphones I've ever had. Last night my neighbor had a house party with bass that shook the walls. When I put these phones on, it was quiet as a tomb. Sound quality is decent. Battery life is short.

Absolutely love these headphones! I bought these as a gift/upgrade to myself to replace a pair of dying headphones. I’ve used them now on flights and at work. Sound is excellent and setting the listening mode via the app is very easy. I loved them so much I bought a pair for my wife in white. Highly recommend.

These headphones are great! I had the QC 35’s for a long time and recently upgraded to these. They’re really comfortable and im really enjoying using the Aware mode. The one thing i am missing is the on/off switch. The button works fine but I liked the switch better. Leaving them on and having them automatically go to the sleep mode is nice but it does make the battery life worse, so i do like turning them off when not using them.

I've owned the Sony WH-1000XM4 for a couple of years and found them to be a pretty good pair of headphones. However, The Bose-QuietComfort Ultra Wireless headphones are a worthy upgrade! In my honest opinion, the Ultra's excellent noise cancelling and rich immersive sound is a step above the Sony's!

[Employee of bestbuy] The sound is better than any other headphone I've owned, and the battery life is great. That being said, these headphones have some major issues that are causing me to look at alternatives much sooner than I would have liked. The seam in the ear cushion starts to rip after a couple of months of use, I've had to replace them 4 times in the 1.5 years I have owned these. Fortunately Bose sells replacements, but they cost $35. So factor that in as a hidden cost of these when comparing them to alternatives, and a major annoyance. The software can be buggy, they will repeatedly pause and restart. I contacted their support, who told me to turn Bluetooth off on other devices, but that did not help. It doesn't happen too often, but when it does, it goes on for a while, and is very frustrating.
