These have phenomenal sound and the ANC is top notch. In love the immersive mode really does what it says. The touch controls for the volume works really well and the other two buttons for power/bluetooth and change tracks/pause/ answer calls arenin a really good place and intuitive.

Audio quality and ANC is amazing. The build quality is solid but just doesn't have a premium feel. This includes the case. The Bose App is a little clunky and sometimes has connectivity issues. Overall pleased, was expecting a little bit more.

Fantastic headphones! The ear cups are larger than any others I tried so they are very comfortable for long periods of use. The sound quality is amazing. I especially like the awareness mode. A bit expensive but worth it.

I recently bought these for a trip overseas. The sound quality and noise canceling was amazing.

They could be louder. But worst of all is Bose Customer service! You can only talk to a live person Monday through Saturday. Whoever wrote the instructions for this product obviously was NOT a teacher. The instructions tell you what to do but they don’t tell you HOW. If the diagram doesn’t match the live product oh well.

Very nice sounding headphones. Only negative is call quality. I can hear call fine but others say it sounds like I am moving away from mic and then back. I may try to exchange them to see if it is just an issue with the ones i got.

These Bose headphones, the quiet comfort ultra are without a doubt the Best in its class. I love loud rock and these answer the call by far. Also I like classical these pick up every crisp detail of the soul of sound.. Undiscribable !!

Incredible. Wasn’t sure they’d be worth the price point. Experimented with a lot of others before landing on these. Finally decided I had to give them a shot. They’ve been so worth it. I love putting them on every time that I do. The noise cancelling is excellent. Top of the line.
