    Sound and quality very nice. One con - is the carry case. It can be awkward to use. You have to place in the case a specific way. Takes a awhile before you get use to it.

    My third pair of Bose Headphones since 2020, I wear them until the Cushioned Ear Stuff breaks down to its molecular level. I then purchase a new pair. All purchases have been via Best Buy.

    Its a mixed bag, super comfortable on the ears. Music sound quality is great and what I heard on calls was good, however, my voice was not good. Everyone I spoke to said it was awful, whether inside or outside. So I returned and went with the Sony XM5
