I ended up returning them due to the lack of wired capabilities with a USP-C port. Yes they are wireless headphones but upon purchase we asked if there was a wired capability to a "C" and the answer was "YES" - unfortunately the real answer was "NO"

Took a flight this past weekend and the ANC was sorely disappointing. It blocks the hum of a fan in an apartment but did almost nothing for the drone of a plane engine…had volume much higher than I was expecting (between 50-75% of max) and still found I was competing with the noise. Used with iPhone 15 Pro Max and Bose app to verify settings. Unfortunately I’m now outside the return window. Will be extra cautious with Best Buy Open Box deals in the future.

With the brand, I expected a much nicer user experience. The noise canceling is subpar. The Bluetooth is always cutting out. At the gym it cuts out when I lay back for an exercise. They do not turn on when you put them on. I don’t mind paying for quality. But this time is a disappointment.

I do enjoy the immersion feature, but honestly, I don't think it's worth the price difference. I also don't particularly like that if you take one ear off, it shuts off and eventually disconnects. I will say, though, that the touch feature hasn't gone out.

Tried but no cigar!

They're a little hard to swallow as well but better than the Bose QC Ultra. Problem is the soundstage. QC earbud twos and Ultras are louder and have a better sound stage. Noise canceling is comparable to the cans for the earbuds. The Bose QC ultra has major connectivity problems as all Bose products continue to. Connectivity problems with the app. Pairing with two devices is painful. In ear sensor works and doesn't work as far as stopping and pausing the music when you take them off. Not worth $430 plus tax on the QC Ultras cans. These are "okay" headphones at best. I returned mine.
