Ridiculous! Let it be known Bose does not care about its customers and has left me stuck with these headphones and I am out the money I paid for them.

And why is there no place to praise an employee? That is really bad that there is no place for me to praise a person as opposed to a product.

But soon after the headphones will get in a state that crash often where there will be no sound at all. The ONLY way out of this state if to FULLY drain the battery, but when the headphones are in this no sound crash state, it is almost importable to do so. It does not matter if you get a replacement (the replacement will soon do the same thing) or a factory reset (there is no true factory reset option). Many times to get sound back (but will still be in the crashing state) I leave them plug in for hr's. Each time I need to leave them plug in longer and longer. (Ex 1hr → 1.5hr → 2.5hr → 5hr → 12hr → Gave up and called them dead) It became of this problem, I was never able to drain the battery of the headphone pass 50% before the headphone would crash. Connectivity is one of the things that would prevent sound from coming back to the headphone when in the no sound state (in the app will show info about the headphone like if they are charging).

While I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the noise-cancelling functionality of your headphones and the Bose sound, I'm surprised to hear about the audio "crashing" in the way you've described. This shouldn't happen, and may be a sign of your pair of headphones being defective. What you can try - as well as an exchange of the headphones - is pairing a different Bluetooth device to the headphones. It has been known for the connected Bluetooth device, rather than the headphones themselves, to cause this type of audio issue.

They never automatically connect to my IPhone, they week 80% battery life who put them down “and “ plugged them in. She I unplugged them, they were completely dead.
