However, the software is incredibly infuriating. After charging, the headsets get stuck in a state of limbo regarding pairing and is very difficult to reset and repair.

This model is no good.

The "touch sliding" volume controls sucks, you cant "precision" tune the volume cause it moves the volume like 10 increments just from barley sliding the thing (touch control). Bluetooth sucks Their kinda tight on the head When charging, if you unplug the headphones, they will Power On automatically, and connect to anything in range.

It was only loud with the aux cord but not Bluetooth. I have a iPhone 15 by the way. They are very comfortable headphones though.

Posted .Hi Sophia, I'm glad you find the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones comfortable to wear! If you're not getting the volume you'd expect via Bluetooth, make sure the volume on the source device is turned up. Also try a second device, to compare performance there. As for the noise cancelling, you will still hear some noise given that noise cancelling isn't designed to block out 100% of surrounding noise. The vast majority of noise, however, should be suppressed by the headphones, allowing you to enjoy your music.
