However, the software is incredibly infuriating. After charging, the headsets get stuck in a state of limbo regarding pairing and is very difficult to reset and repair.

Horrible shape

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was an open box purchase said excellent condition pads on headphones had residue and stains on them like they were worn and sweat stains and makeup stains went back to the store where I purchased them and they said open box R as is horrible experience horrible customer service honestly I should be given some type of reimbursement for the issue. We went back the next day and they said that it’s probably from us wearing them, but they were still sealed in the box we never wore them we got them late at night and then came back the next morning when you opened may just have to post a review for others to see and be warned.

It was only loud with the aux cord but not Bluetooth. I have a iPhone 15 by the way. They are very comfortable headphones though.

If you're not getting the volume you'd expect via Bluetooth, make sure the volume on the source device is turned up. Also try a second device, to compare performance there. As for the noise cancelling, you will still hear some noise given that noise cancelling isn't designed to block out 100% of surrounding noise. The vast majority of noise, however, should be suppressed by the headphones, allowing you to enjoy your music.
