Power on/off is really finicky, often powers itself off, and doesn't like to do an initial startup if you get anywhere near a longpress. Connectivity is average. The claim-to-fame "immersion mode", doesn't work really well in the dynamic mode (where it "follows you around"). It's just not that noticable. The Boze app doesn't make enabling this easy. Lastly, the 24hr sleep mode drains the battery like crazy. Can't keep this thing charged for 2 days with 2 hrs use each day Only not rating 1 star because, as usual, the silencing and sound quality are very good. Overall very disappointing when compared with QC earbuds or older headphones models.

They're okay, but they don't even approach the performance of the Apple AirPods Max. There are noticeable delays to start reproducing quick and sudden sounds. When you put your iPhone on standy, for example, there's a lock sound. These headphones struggle to play this lock sound, often missing it entirely (it is never heard). They also often clip words that I need to hear when studying languages on apps such as Duolingo. Also, the quality of noise cancelation is lousy compared to my AirPods Max. This was my first and last time buying Bose headphones.

Quality seem good maybe a little less than previous pair

Amazing headphones, works as intended never had an issue with any of my Bose products.

These headphones are very good for watching movies late at night. They are accurate with a big sound stage perfect for movies.

Overall Best headphones i have. Might be a little expensive but its so worth it that they might higher the price. Thats what i think.

Upgraded from the previous model and found that the Noise reduction was so much better. With the TV on and people walking by me, they would have to tap me to get me to notice them. And... no more power switch, it turns on and off automatically

These are not as good as the previous model I had bought 2 years ago. The noise cancellation is not the best. I could still hear people even in first class with less people around. I left my 2 year old ones on the plane by accident. Going to try the Apple Headphones.

I have really enjoyed these headphones. A key selling point for me was the awareness mode and , so and delivers as advertised.

Works okay but battery life is short. Fit is not very good as well.

Upgraded from an older pair of Bose and these blew those out of the water! You won't be disappointed!

I upgraded from the Sony XM5, and the battery life is not as good. I do enjoy the immersion feature, but honestly, I don't think it's worth the price difference. I also don't particularly like that if you take one ear off, it shuts off and eventually disconnects. I will say, though, that the touch feature hasn't gone out.

Quality is good. I ended up returning them due to the lack of wired capabilities with a USP-C port. Yes they are wireless headphones but upon purchase we asked if there was a wired capability to a "C" and the answer was "YES" - unfortunately the real answer was "NO"
