The biggest problem was that the adapter does not work on the airplane and there is no blue tooth in the plane. Even the adapter that I bought separately at my designation is not work for the KLM and Airfrance flights. So I ended up using this Bose headphone over my earbuds.

The sound quality was one of a kind. It has a lot of beneficial features. Like changing the level of noise cancellation. Having at most 2 devices connected to the headphones. Those features were amazing. The only thing that threw me off is that I cannot turn off the noise cancellation and/or transparency modes. Sometimes I would want them off like a normal pair. And the noise cancelling feature sometimes it gives me a headache. Even at the lowest setting was a little too strong for me. Those were the only reasons that I had to returned them and got myself beats. It’s not the same but at least I can turn off the modes.

While the noise cancellation cannot be completely deactivated per se, you can always use Aware Mode via the Bose app for full transparency, enabling you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio. This is my 2nd Bose NC headphones and exceeds my expectations
