Good but could be better for the price

They are a good headphone. They sound good, the work well on phone calls on both sides of the call. But for the price they should be better.

I had no reason to buy the "new" version but they were on sale, AMAZING!!! Use the "immersive" setting and some light music.

The sound and noise canceling was excellent, however, I could not keep these headphones as I wear mine all night long, but these Bose would not stop going into sleep mode and disabling the noise canceling! And there is no setting to disable the sleep mode. Apparently, when the headphones decide that there has been no movement, they go into a low power sleep mode. That is not the same as powering off completely, would you can set a timer for . So for me, that was a dealbreaker and I went with a Sony headphones that allow me to leave them on all night.

ANC cannot be turned off

That’s very disappointing especially since it’s just a software feature easily implemented. It’s frankly ridiculous. Still despite that though, its a good headset and ANC is great. May be overpriced at $450 usd!

It feels light on the head, the sound quality is good and the ANC is very good. The immersive audio is so-so and it is distorting the music quality. I wish it had speak to chat feature where is automatically reduces the volume when we speak to someone like airpods does
