    These headphones were very comfy! I liked the user app to adjust the modes and sound via the equalizer. And the functionality and tech was great. However, i was looking for loud and heavy bass headphones to replace my Beats by Dre Studios I bought back in 2014. But these did not quite meet my expectations. So for the price, I felt like they needed better quality sound, but overall good headphones.

I understand that you have been adjusting the modes (https://bose.life/3RkwkNQ) and EQ settings (https://bose.life/46R3ZUX) of the headphones. It is surprising that they didn't sound as good as you were expecting. Please try them with different devices, and check the EQ settings of the device you're using as well.

    They never fail. Bose does it again. My first pair lasted for years and still are running fine. I just use them for the gym and yard work. The ultras are amazing!!!
