Bose was an easy win over Apple and Sony, among others. Design, quality, sound were perfect. Noise cancelling is onnanother level, along with the realistic spatial sound.

Really like Bose ANC headphones. These are my go to for travel. Had several different models now QC Ultra. The app is nice, only complaint is the low end bass response.

Extremely comfortable and outstanding sound and noise canceling quality. A tad glitchy on connection to my Apple devices (connection occasionally drops unexpectedly… but it’s quite uncommon and I’m not losing sleep over it).

[Employee of bestbuy] I have never been a fan of bose going to great lengths to not sell or recommend them, but here I am after using them and I am very impressed. The noise cancellation is top notch and I mean the best I have experienced right there with the Airpods Max and XM5. Bose noise cancelling has always been good the main gripe I had was sound. My oh my is the sound exquisite. It is so crisp, obviously no match for anything from Focal or Mark Levinson, but still incredible. These reached the point of diminishing returns in terms of sound. What these do best is function, small form factor and incredible ANC make them a perfect choice for most. I appreciate good audio (I would not say audiophile but close) and these satisfy that itch.

I actually sleep with these in every night to drown out my husbands snoring and it works like a charm! Absolutely love them and will only ever buy bose products from here on out! They are worth every penny!

These headphones are made with only non-video music in mind. I wanted these while I played video games, but there was a considerable lagging effect to what was happening on screen. Even watching a youtube video was a grating experience. Again, if you are only using these for music there shouldn't be an effect, just do not purchase if you want to use these for gaming.

The sound is so clear and crisp. I also like the slide up and down volume option. Feels light on your head. Best headphones on the market!!!

Fit comfortably over the ears. Blocks out an incredible amount of noise. Bose phone app very helpful. Bluetooth compatible. One of my better purchases. In store Best Buy employee explained them to me which I apppreciated.

It’s one of the best noise canceling headphones I have used in recent times. They are very comfortable and light weight compared to Airpods Max I had. They work great for my gaming too. Its new immersive mode works great when watching movies.
