I purchased Sonos totally disappointed. Bose is the best ncs and sound quality. Little bass would be beter but not makes me unhappy. Love it.

But worst of all is Bose Customer service! You can only talk to a live person Monday through Saturday. Whoever wrote the instructions for this product obviously was NOT a teacher. The instructions tell you what to do but they don’t tell you HOW. If the diagram doesn’t match the live product oh well.
