    Sound is great, but if you are using these with Apple products, you might as well spend the extra $100 to get the Apple headphones. These are not as compatible.

    I upgraded from the Sony XM5, and the battery life is not as good. I do enjoy the immersion feature, but honestly, I don't think it's worth the price difference. I also don't particularly like that if you take one ear off, it shuts off and eventually disconnects. I will say, though, that the touch feature hasn't gone out.

    Sound was disappointing and bass was lacking. I returned them and got the Sennheiser Momentum 4. For this price I expect a lot more sound quality. I will admit that the NC is excellent.

    These headphones are a step down from their earlier releases. The "touch sliding" volume controls sucks, you cant "precision" tune the volume cause it moves the volume like 10 increments just from barley sliding the thing (touch control). Bluetooth sucks Their kinda tight on the head When charging, if you unplug the headphones, they will Power On automatically, and connect to anything in range.

    This is now my third set of quiet comfort headphones and I’m enjoying them. The new app is great with more configurability. The Bluetooth and range is greatly improved over my previous version. Overall, pretty happy with the decision to purchase.

    I desperately wanted to like these, though they sound exactly like the QC IIs, unless you are into their dynamic audio. Otherwise, it's a gimmic. If you are used to controlling volume on the headset, good luck with the sensor. It seemed I could with one "swipe", turn the volume too low, or one swipe up to blow my eardrums out. I can't even get my head around this obvious failing. Also, I am not sure what is going on with Bose and their apps and bluetooth. I am currently running a couple qc II, am xm4, and airpod pros. These are by far and above the worst app experience, and that's saying something because apple doesn't even have an app for android. Why is it so hard for the headset to connect to the phone, but so easy for it connect to every other device? It constantly thinks something is streaming, when nothing is playing. Which stops the 2nd device from being able to play. I just turned it on/off 5 times, and had to turn off all other bluetooth devices that were setup, just to get it to connect to it's own app on the phone. I could keep typing, but don't really want to be their QA or UI team. Sadly, I will be returning these unless by some miracle they start working as they should.

      To Clear the headphone's device list press and hold the Bluetooth/Power button and Multi-function button until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared. Ready to connect.”
      Delete your headphones from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device and the Bose app.
      Once all devices are cleared and the headphones are ready to connect.
