    It is not loud enough. Sound is great. Bass is ok but could be better

      If you aren't getting as much bass as you would like I would suggest using the Bose Music app allows you to use the Headphones Equalizer to adjust the bass level to your preference.

    I absolutely love these headphones. I use mine to sleep. So the automatic shut off when not in use is a great feature.

    Hearing quality is good. Blocks outside sounds well. Skips sound at times. I question this as TV or default in headphone.

    Was back and forth between these and the Sony XM5s for a few weeks, and while the Sonys are fantastic headphones, Bose just reigns supreme. Beautiful carrying case included as well
