Excellent product great purchase process with Best Buy simple but effective

My first pair of over the ear headphones and I have to say I'm impressed :) the immersion feature is my favorite! the app for them is very hit and miss though, and would be excellent if didn't disconnect from the product

These headphones are a step down from their earlier releases. The "touch sliding" volume controls sucks, you cant "precision" tune the volume cause it moves the volume like 10 increments just from barley sliding the thing (touch control). Bluetooth sucks Their kinda tight on the head When charging, if you unplug the headphones, they will Power On automatically, and connect to anything in range.

Purchased and returned going off reviews, wasn't pleased with bass or noise canceling. I expected more from Bose especially with this price tag. Nice quality feel and other than that might be a good fit for others but I like a bass heavy headphone.

Great sound abs very easy to setup and operate. I love how it automatically turn off or pause if you have to take off and then resume when you put back on your head. The only complaint is the quiet mode is not 100% silent. There is some outside noise but very minor

Got them for my husband. He absolutely loves them.

My daughter love them, she wanted a different brand but I surprise her with this one and she was more happy with this one then the one she said she wanted.

Expensive headphones should be the best headphones! This isn’t the case with this model. Sound quality is good, but not the best choice when compared to Sony or Apple. I tested all 3 brands and decided to stay with Apple. Sorry Bose, but you aren’t longer the Best out there.

Good sound and noise-cancelling on wide array of media, including music, podcasts and watching movie. Setup takes a few too many tries, though, and buttons don't always respond as the paperwork and app outline. Better options out there for this money, especially Sony products. Returning tomorrow because they only stay connected when battery is over 80%. After that, they disconnect 2.5 seconds after connecting. Happening on iPhone, Android, Mac and PC. Definitely a problem when cost is so high. Likely defective - - hopefully others have better luck with their purchases.

Sound great. A little touchy with the on ear sensor stopping sound. Probably adjustable, but do to this I’m still considering Apple’s over ear.

These are by far the coolest headphones I've ever tried. The spatial feature makes it sound like you are at a live concert. I highly recommend.
