Noise cancellation works but outside noise is still clearly audible. The ear cups feel tighter than the second generation of Ultra. I would suggest get the 2nd generation one rather than this one even though its price is higher

Doesn't want to connect well, doesn't seem to have a good app interface. No headset gets sound right like BOSE does though so if you are an in home headphone listener look no further, if you are ever outside, connecting to multiple devices or looking for a gaming headset look elsewhere. 2 stars because they slid off the trunk of my car and broke the first fall, cant be a 450$ product if you break from a 4ft drop.

Amazing headphones. I’ve always had Beats Studio u til they were discontinued. I have to have headphones over my elfish ears. These are perfect, and noise cancelling.

Love these cans. When i put them on and turn on the noise cancelling I truly feel like I am in my own world. The different sound levels come through incredibly clear, with the bass being present, but not overpowering. I would highly reccomend these if you have the $$$ to spend.

Good sound quality. Picked these up while on vacation. Pickup process was flawless. Great service from Best Buy as always even during one of the busiest times of the year besides Christmas. Will always continue to shop at Best Buy. Never dissatisfied shopping here whether it’s online or in store

The noise canceling on these is great. Use this headset daily on the way to work on the bus. I can’t hear anything but the music. Has an aware mode if neeeded as well

This is a great product in terms of noise canceling. Also great for study and gym workout. The padding does not over heat the ears. Bought this for travel as no risk of losing my in ear Bose noise cancellation ear buds. Importantly sound quality is great

This is one of my favorite headphones. It blocks noise very good especially when I was on my 16-hour flight to Vietnam. However, the cushion protected the ears sometimes wear off. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
