I’ve always loved Bose, and these seemed like a huge step up, the noice canceling is noticeably better, the headphones are comfortable, but the software makes these unbearable to use. The way they handle switching between two connected devices is just terrible. Sometimes it seems to auto switch (like every pair before it that supported two paired devices) or sometimes you have to use the button to switch devices. A button to switch between two devices was actually a great idea, audio will often get “stuck” on my computer or phone. The issue arises when it just sucks to use. The button worked maybe 10% of the time. Half of the time it would say my laptops name, and then I’d press it again and it would just keep saying my laptops name. The button just sucks, and I really can’t emphasize how much this ruins otherwise good headphones for me. Also the touch controls are kinda janky

Does a great job blocking noise! These are a must for airplane travel. They are very compact and easy to carry.

I love the sound quality and the noise canceling but it goes into this “blue light mode” and is no longer connected to my device and i cant turn them off and back on. And the battery is not low.

These headphones are very comfortable for traveling, working and having calls when there’s a lot of noise! Totally recommended. I also own the earbuds pro 2 but I liked more the Bose headphones for the scenarios mentioned.

Best headphones I’ve ever used! The Spatial Audio feature is so worth it especially if you are music nerd like myself!

This is my 3rd pair of Bose noice cancellations headphones. I have bought other brands and return them . Bose headphones are the best. Also all of my Bose headphones, are in perfect condition. They are made high quality.

Love the audio quality and ease of operation. Modes are amazing, app is easy to use. -1 star because i NEVER would have expected the top of the line headphones not be able to pair through the app so we can listen to the same movie while traveling, additionally, there is no app for my surface pro. These 2 things are extremely disappointing first world problems.

Headphones are overall really good. The sound quality is great and the noise cancellation works amazingly. My only con is that I feel as though they are a bit flimsy, but the case feels very protective.

It's really comfortable, and the sound quality seems great on my phone. However, when I connected it to my PC via Bluetooth the sound quality wasn't very good at all. It may be because it has to be connected to the mobile app for you to manage the headphones. I wish they had worked well with my PC because I loved them but the sound quality for my PC was a must for this price.

These headsets are very well made. The sound quality is superb, plus the ability to adjust to different modes and equalization ability is even better. Lots of unique features. Love them. I would recommend them to all my friends and family with out a doubt.

These are great over the ear headphones. The silence is nice too. If you’re looking for outstanding headphones, then you found them!

Expensive, but very good quality. Sound is fanatic and noise cancellation is excellent. One strange thing is the speakers don’t turn the right way to lie flat when the headset is lowered around you neck.

Great bass and noise cancelling; I also like the blue color. Lightweight and sturdy.

Great for travelers who want solid noise canceling, and when walking through the airport put is in passive mode and you can hear everything while listening to high quality audio. Absolutely love the headphones!
