Amazing sound! But not out of the box

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to look around on-line how to make these sound better, as they did NOT sound good with the Bose app. My recommendation is to download the Wavelet app, and it sounds soooo much better. After tweaking it for the app, this definitely the best pair of headphones I have had.

Bose never disappoints

Saddened by the longevity of the Bose headphones

About a month ago and almost two years of continual use, the head phones are no longer connecting to my devices; even though they show that they are. A bit dissapointed. The padding also falls apart after 6 months or so.
