Really comfortable and great sound. I have the Bose Key Lime buds and they both are my favs. The noise cancelling of the headphones is exceptional.

The are more comfortable than my QC700’s. The 700’s had a weird slide adjustment headpiece that was very cumbersome. The sound is excellent and the battery life feels like forever

Really like Bose ANC headphones. These are my go to for travel. Had several different models now QC Ultra. The app is nice, only complaint is the low end bass response.

I love Bose headphones, i cant tell you how many pairs ive owned over the years. The sound is impeccable, the noise canceling works even when its not on. I literally sleep in my headphones, so they wear faster than others. I pray they can find a solution for the ear muffs breaking down, and that weird buzzing sound in the left ear. This is a great pair of cans. Maybe not the top of the audiophile ladder, but great for travel and working, if you don’t get too sweaty. They connect fairly well, but will become disconnected fairly quickly.

Noise reduction is good and it is easy to use. Lightweight helps also.

I am thrilled with this purchase. Love my new headphones, they work great, have no problems connecting to my computer via the wire and the wireless connection to my phone is flawless. Definitely recommend.

Love these headphones thus far! Went back and forth between Bose, Sony and Apple and chose this latest Bose release. Noise cancellation is the best I’ve had, the app with equalizer plus the headphone jack for flights are extremely useful. I will only take away a half star due to not having usb-c to usb-c cord included (one end is usb-a). Otherwise, I have no complaints so far! Thank you Best Buy for having a pair of these on display to try before you buy.
